In our 20+ years of serving you, our dear customers, we have enjoyed a nearly 100% success rate in delighting you with your choice of our product and our best efforts to provide you with exemplary service. In only a few cases over these many years we regret to admit that we simply could not please with our product.
Since we are shipping parcels, in some cases thousands of kilometers away, despite our best efforts there is a possibility that a shipment may arrive damaged and not in reasonable shape. If this ever happens, please contact us immediately so we can fix it for you. In the event that the item you have purchased is defective we are happy to replace it to your satisfaction within fair and reasonable limits, of course.
Otherwise, please be sure that you are satisfied with the choice of product you are purchasing. Our helpful and knowledgeable staff are pleased to serve you to the greatest extent and as such, there is no such thing as a ‘stupid question’. Please know that Christ The Way Bookstore has a, “no returns, unless damaged or defective” policy. We are always willing to listen, but we thank you for your understanding of this policy.
